Change-N-Mail is a tool that monitors files for write activity and then e-mails the updated files to you as well as adds information to a log file.
It can be minimized to the System Tray. Log file is located at "log.txt" in whatever folder you install it to.
"Update Delay" is the amount of time between changes. The default time is 1 second, therefore if a file is changed most than once in under a second, you will only recieve one e-mail. This needed to be implemented because some OS's record a file write two (or three times) every time you save a file, so you'd always end up with two e-mails. You can change this setting to anything between 1 and 500 seconds and any changes in that time won't be recorded.

Change-N-Mail requires the .NET Framework 3.5 (and an Operating System capable of installing it). The installers should install the framework for you if you are missing it. Otherwise it is available here.
